Refund policy

At Charlee Kay & Co. LLC, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.


Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items returned with stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories and bows
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise
  • Toys, squishies, NeeDoh products, and similar sensory items


Refunds

Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift card or account credit.

We do not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, or refunds to original payment methods unless required by law.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit if approved.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly by Charlee Kay & Co. LLC.
